Our Environmental Code

Compass Coaching provides executive coaching, team coaching and personal coaching together with facilitation, bespoke and public development programmes and psychometric profiling. Our services aim to support the professional development, growth and wellbeing of organisations and their people and the personal development, growth and wellbeing of you as an individual.

We recognise that our own practices impact on the environment and are committed to identifying and minimising these impacts and reducing our potential to pollute by following this environmental
policy in our day to day business and personal activity.

Compass Coaching is committed to the prevention of pollution and it is our intention to adopt appropriate best practice in environmental management for an organisation of our size and in particular:

• Ensure our compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
• Improve the management of energy resources, the management of waste through re-use, recycling and control of usage
• Minimise the impact of travel based emissions through minimising the need to travel, use of public transport where appropriate and car sharing
• Through our contracts make it clear to associates, contractors and suppliers that they are required to comply with Compass Coaching environmental requirements
• Advise and train all employees on environmental issues and share this knowledge with our suppliers and contractors.

The management of Compass Coaching will review this policy annually.
