Coaching Will
- Raise your self awareness helping you to identify belief systems and limitations that may be preventing growth and expansion at a personal and organisational level.
- Encourage you to explore how others (colleagues, clients and friends) perceive your actions and behaviours and support you to identify options and take actions that move you towards clearly defined outcomes.
- Challenge you - change always involves a degree of discomfort but coaching helps you to face that challenge and turn things around.
- Motivate and support you to take action - you’ll commit to taking some actions, no matter how small, and it is these steps which will help you change, increase your confidence and move you nearer to where you want to be
- Provide an objective, non-judgemental sounding board. Sometimes your colleagues, friends or family are simply too close to the situation to be objective. A coach will ask the difficult questions, won’t judge you and their sole focus is on helping you to bring about the change that you desire.
