About Compass

Who we are?

Compass Coaching was established in 2005 and focuses on delivering high quality executive, team and personal coaching to help you to develop your skills, improve your performance and achieve important organisation and personal goals.

We also provide facilitation, bespoke and public development programmes and psychometric profiling.

Compass is headed by Annie Thompsett and her business partner Steve Burge who in addition to their professional coaching and training qualifications both have strong track records in leadership and management in the private and public sectors. We also undertake regular professional development to ensure that we keep our skills and knowledge fresh. To date we have experience in the following sectors:

We are passionate about the environment and the company is committed to minimising the impact of our business on the environment. The company is founded on a core set of values which flow through everything we do - we treat everyone we interact with in a manner in which we expect to be treated ourselves. We are members of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and have a strong code of ethics that actively reflects the way that we do business. Put simply, we treat the people that we come in to contact with in the same way that we would expect to be treated ourselves.
