Development Programmes
Compass Coaching also provides a range of powerful bespoke and open development programmes and workshops that focus on developing your professional and personal skills, building confidence and self esteem and improving your health and wellbeing for the long term. These are designed to be high impact, interactive and fun leaving delegates with a range of easy to understand tools and techniques that can be immediately applied in the work place.
We can provide whole day, half day or two hour programmes tailored to focus on your key areas of interest and we would be delighted to meet with you to discuss your specific needs.

Approach
For bespoke programmes, we take time to understand the client’s needs and to clarify desired outcomes and objectives and measures of success. We design / plan the proposed approach and test with the sponsor before delivering the intervention. The achievement of desired outcomes is then evaluated with sponsor and programme participants.
We combine a coaching and facilitation based approach to our development programmes incorporating a range of learning techniques to accommodate the different learning styles. We make good use of different communication styles including visioning, diagrams, drawing and visual language, practising conversations / scenarios aloud, and use of auditory language and focusing on real life relationships and scenarios, exploring impact on feelings and use of kinaesthetic language. We include a range of interactive tools and techniques and where appropriate make use of Action Learning Sets based on the Sector Skills Development Agency’s best practice model for Action Learning.
In addition to our programmes, Compass Coaching can provide a diverse range of psychometric profiling for programme participants to enhance self awareness, identify development needs and to improve understanding of the helpful ways that people differ from one another.
