Board Level Coaching:

Operating at Board level can involve a substantial workload with little opportunity to discuss sensitive issues in depth. Coaching for Directors and Chief Executives can provide a much needed confidential sounding board and space for discussion, reflection and development of real issues such as the future direction, the shape of your organisation and the effectiveness of your leadership.

Leadership Coaching

It can be lonely at the top and trust and confidentiality can often be an issue with leaders struggling to find someone to turn to for help. Today, the 21st century leader is expected to achieve

more with less, motivate people through continual change and keep one step ahead of their increasingly sophisticated clients. Sometimes there is simply a need to have a fresh point of view. Coaching can also be particularly beneficial for women returning to work after a career break.
